PaymentPayment only through PayPal + accepted through GBP £ onlyHalf the payment will be asked for after the intitial sketch is agreed upon.Commissions are for personal use only- not commercial
If commercial use is wanted- ask. Then overall payment will be discussed

ChangesClient may make 3 round of requested revisions within the sketch phase, and 1 minor colour revision within the final art phase. Any further rounds of revisions, the client will be subject to an additional hourly chargeIf the change is on my end/fault- no additional charge will be added

UsageThe buyer can:
Use the commissioned piece for personal use (upload to social media profiles, forums, etc.)
Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.
Use the artwork to promote (w/ art credit)
Use the artwork on their Youtube channel + for monetized videos, as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earningsMaking money off of the commission (using it commercially), claiming the artwork to be made by you, removing watermark/signature- goes against my Terms of ServiceIf you want to use said artwork for commercial use, DM/message me at any point and we will discuss payment

RefundIf you cancel the commission before I start, you will get a full refund - same as if I'm unable to complete a commission then you will be refunded
After I start the art piece, you cannot ask for a refund
I will personally give you back your payment on PayPal, do not request a chargeback‼️‼️ If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.‼️‼️
